There's not as much nowadays
Well, that may be the understatement of the year.
The photo is from last February when Eric and I performed with Bob (left) and Scott (right) at the Omni Homestead in Hot Springs, VA for Valentine's Day Weekend. There were people dancing, eating from buffets, and talking face-to-face without wearing masks! While we're thankful that we have a couple gigs this year for Valentine's Weekend (Early Mountain Vineyards in Madison, VA on Friday night and Saturday afternoon), photos like this are poignant reminders that things are vastly different than they were a year ago (as if we need a photo to remind us of that).
For now we have the memories, but I sure hope we can make new ones again sooner than later.
